Thank you for shopping at Exogourmet.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Workshops

Workshops are 100% refundable if notification is given at least 3 weeks prior to the scheduled workshop date.

If less than 3 weeks before the date, Exogourmet will refund 50% of the cost of the workshop.

No refund will be given if notification is given less than one week prior to the scheduled workshop date unless a waiting list is available and Exogourment can resell your seat.

Workshop vouchers are transferable. Exo Gourmet requires that notification be given by eamil to info@exogourmet.com.

The notification must include your name, voucher number, date and location of the workshop, name, address, email and phone number of the person to whom you are transfering the voucher.
